And as a continuation of our #ML Faves for Good initiative, we are now in the midst of our next effort, collecting nonperishable foods that we will donate to People to People, as we do each holiday season.
If you don’t know, the nonprofit organization is Rockland County’s largest food pantry, working to help struggling county residents through difficult times with dignity.
During this season of abundance, won’t you help us with this Holiday Food Drive?
Items ideal for donating include cereal or oatmeal; canned juice; 100% juice boxes; fruit snacks (applesauce, peaches or fruit cocktail in juice); canned vegetables; soup (dry or canned); beans (dried or canned); pasta and sauce; macaroni and cheese; and tuna in water.
We have long counted on – and been grateful for – your support of our charitable efforts – and we thank you in advance for joining us in the worthy effort.
